REU Program

On-line Application Form

Instructions: Fill in the application form below and hit the submit button.  The application consists of three essential parts, all due by February 15, 2003.

  1. The application form with all information filled in (unless noted as optional), including a 1-page biographical statement.
  2. College transcripts (may be faxed or mailed, see address and tel/fax below)
  3. At least two letters of recommendation, preferably your academic advisor and another faculty member.

You should receive confirmation that your application was successfully submitted; however, on-line forms can get lost.  IMPORTANT..to avoid this problem please send an email to mgreu@osu.edu indicating that you have submitted an on-line application for the REU program.
